M1 Match Report Vs Corsham 2nd Nov, written by Conor:
Starting Corsham were playing at maximum effort, making small and easy passes through the defense but with the help of a few star players their attempts were all but useless.
Lansdown started to lay the pressure on and eventually Leo put a lovely drag in the goal and by the end of the first half we were 2-0 up as planned. Second half started quickly, within the first minute Lansdown where getting ready for another drag at goal.
Corsham tried their best to play there game but in the end it was futile as the defense was an absolute brickwall, Lansdown proceeded to hand over a few short corners out of good will. Although quickly turning it around and put two more balls in the net for a final score of 4-0, flipping the score from last year.
MotM – Luke A for a strong performance all round.
DotD – Conor & Ed joint, Conor for throwing multiple Arials straight to their CF from 16s, and Ed for a delayed dive to the side after a ball had obviously passed.
