Date of Birthday Format
Date of Birthday needs to be in the following format. YYYY/MM/DD e.g. 1993/02/14
A note on Junior Applicants
If you are applying on behalf of a junior, please ensure that you have put their Date of Birth, not your own. This ensures that the application goes to the right member of the team and that the child is placed in the correct age group.
Best practice is to put the Juniors name and date of birth, with your contact details. Then put name and other info in the information box. It would be helpful to also put a note that this new application is correct one.
If you are applying for multiple juniors, any of their date of births in the form is fine, but please list all of the relevant date of births in the information box if you haven’t already.
